Patented technology
#Juventa is made with our patented woven technology. The yarns – polyethylene (PE) in 3 colors – are woven directly into the backing. This increases durability and dimensional stability. Plus, it eliminates the need for a latex or polyurethane (PU) backing. As a result, the final product is 100% monomaterial and recyclable.
The woven carpet is placed on a level and consolidated sub-base and installed on the natural grass pitch, either on site or following a lay and play approach (see below). The system is then filled with a rootzone mix, stimulating the natural grass growth.
Lay and play within 7 days
It takes time to grow a natural grass pitch. Unless you opt for a lay and play approach. In this case, the pitch is grown in a controlled environment at a specialized nursery. The entire system (woven carpet + natural grass mat) is then transported to your stadium and laid as a whole. And here’s the best part: 7 days after installation, you can play your first game on your new pitch.
