The replacement of the previous surface was essential due to significant wear and inadequate playing conditions. The intervention went far beyond simply installing a new pitch:

A new drainage base system was constructed
The terrain was carefully re-leveled to ensure optimal playability
The outdated bituminous surface was fully upgraded
A modern irrigation system with sprinklers replaced the older cannon-based solution

The result is a softer, more comfortable, and cooler playing surface, significantly improving usability and player experience while ensuring greater durability over time.

The introduction of the ACT Sports system is already having a positive impact on the club’s sporting environment. The new pitch provides:
